slow room servicebizarre decision

the room service was slow , it must be said. getting extra towels took ages , and the staff acted like i was asking for the moon , not ideal when you're a family of four. then , when it rained , they kicked everyone out of the pool , an bizarre decision.

Breakfast had a big hall. Parking was available at the covered parking block with buggy service.

I tried calling the reception almost all day, but nobody answered. I discovered a cotton swab on the floor that was not mine. It must have been dropped by a previous guest. I asked the reception in person for water, but nobody brought it.

the breakfast had many options. the food quality was good. the staff was very helpful . the hotel provided a buggy to the parking building. it located at a distance from the hotel. it was appreciated.

i paid for a superior city view room but my room located on the first floor. a tree took up much of the view. i dont believe this room was superior. my mum stayed in a standard room within the same hotel. she said her room was the same.
